After being disappointed with that Best Western. I had the ultimate pleasure to get a hold of Jesse at the front desk. What a class act. This amazing young man, so full of kindness was warm and empathetic. I am forever grateful for his hospitality and services. He is definitely in jewel to the Hilton brand.

Lovely stay for the weekend! It’s a great location to the downtown McAllen area and there’s also access to a running trail that’s great for dogs too. The trail takes you to a little town lake with some cool ducks. Breakfast was delicious. Love the beans. Service was wonderful.

Customer Service and comfortable rooms are a top priority for this Hampton Inn. The staff led by Gaby at the front desk and assisted by Angie who maintains the breakfast area really do their best to make you feel at home.

Booked via third-party, and I wish it had been clear that they're undergoing renovations (late 2023). Down to one elevator. Dated rooms. But, importantly: cold AC, quiet room, and hearty breakfast.

The service was good. The room they gave me had very small beds but that wasn't the worst thing. The sink did not have cold water. The phone didn't work. It wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best. I doubt I would stay there again. The only reason I booked this room is because it was last minute and the Embassy Suites by Hilton at the Convention Center was sold out.

The mattress was not comfortable. The pillows not fluffy. The bedding not soft. The carpet smelled. There was a dog barking in a room down the hall. Breakfast was good. Disappointed that this Hampton doesn’t meet the standards of other Hamptons I have stayed at. Perhaps they should designate floors for pet owners or let guests know that there is a dog nearby of that the room has had dogs allowed in it previously. The carpet smelled like dog smell.
